There’s a saying “it takes a village to raise a child,” we relocated here a few years ago from New York and have no family in the area but Respite does help ease that struggle. It’s a breathe of fresh air. It is not easy dealing with a child with mental health issues as time and patience is the number one need. After a while one goes into autopilot mode and forgets about one’s self but with respite you are able to get that break with peace of mind knowing your child is safe socializing with other children and well taken care of. It has helped develop my child’s social skills with other people little by little in trusting others and positivity. I appreciate each and everything you do for my child, thank you!!!

I want to thank you and the entire staff for extending yourselves to my children by providing respite care. It is such a blessing as I was unable to secure a free or low cost summer program for the four of them. While the children were at respite, I was able to run errands, complete household chores and even had a mommy and me sat with my
youngest daughter who is too young for respite care right now. Knowing that my children are in a safe and nurturing environment, while being so well cared for takes a huge burden off of my shoulders and allowed me to just breathe for a while. I simply cannot thank you enough.
